The Benefits of Cleaning Your Aura
As I mentioned in the video, some people, are sensing energy very clearly, others not so much. It may very well be that certain people will never develop the sensitivity to sense/feel/see energy, and frankly, it’s not like I had the goal to feel energy, I didn’t.

I was aware that we all have auras, but what I wasn’t aware of was the fact that before an illness arrives to the physical body, before an emotion is experienced in the physical or mental body, it will first have an imprint in our aura field.
I was actually so curious about this element called aura, or the energy field around us, that I wanted to educate myself. To find out how I can actually prevent illness, heartaches, misunderstanding, make choices that are not aligned with who I am and in short, how to prevent attracting any kind of negativity that can create a minor or acute turmoil on any of the levels that are known to me: physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and spiritual.
So I picked up this wonderful book called “Awakened Aura” by Kala Ambrose and really dove into understanding how the aura works and how to work with aura effectively.
Recently I noticed that I am more and more attuned to how I feel, to the vibe that other people emanate, and to the vibe that I am offering. This awareness allows me to make choices that are better for me. Choices like: Who do I want to spend my time with? What do I want to say? What do I want to do? We tend to be a reaction to people around us, situations and circumstances, and being the deliberate creator that I believe myself to be, I know that I have a free choice in any given moment. No one MADE ME spend time with certain people, I decide how much and how often I’d like to see them, if at all.
I used to be more of a victim to situations but one day I said: “NO MORE!!” My time and energy are valuable to me and if I am not going to make choices that empower me, or spend time with people that empower me or I feel empowered by, then it's no wonder at the end (or many times in the middle or even in the beginning) of the day, I felt drain, tired and wanted to live on a deserted island…:-) simply because I didn’t know how to handle what was going on. But I’ve learned and I've learned the hard way. On my flesh and blood, with a heart that was aching and with a face that kept on swelling (see previous blog-post).
So if you are asking how all of that adds up to cleaning your aura, here is how. Daily aura cleanse (and sometimes more than once a day) is another great tool to help with:
1. Preventing negative energy to accumulate in your aura/energy field and then penetrate into the physical body. The best way to explain this one is with the analogy of taking a physical shower. How would you feel (and smell) if you didn't take a shower every day? Do you feel different when you take a shower in the morning and then start your day vs. going out to do whatever you are doing without taking a shower? Do you slip better into a good night sleep after you take a shower or without one?
The same with cleansing the “crap” out of your energy field. Whether you are aware or not, your energy field picks up alot of stuff throughout the day (and that’s only in one day…)
You stopped at the coffee shop on the way to a meeting and your aura merged with the auras of the people who were at the coffee shop, and unknowingly you picked up “their energy stuff."
Then you got stuck in traffic and you got a bit angry and that anger stayed “in-home” (i.e.-your body, mind, soul, spirit and energy field) unless you cleared it. Then you got into the elevator, whether it was empty or filled with other people, with their energy imprints in the elevator, even if they had already left the space.
Then you sat on a chair waiting to get into the meeting, a chair that someone else sat on before you did and so your energy field picked up more stuff. And so it goes on and on and we are not even aware.
It's no wonder why at the end of the day, having our energy field bombarded with…"stuff:" people with headaches, who feel burned out, who are not motivated to do stuff, and all they want is to escape – from themselves mostly…?
No, there is no wonder. You do not need to develop any phobias now being next to other people, that’s not where I am going with this here, what you do want is to become extremely aligned, meaning, to develop the mental & emotional strength so when negativity flows by you, that’s exactly what happens, it flows by and goes away and does not get stuck anywhere in YOUR energy field.
2. Clearing past imprints, raptures, holes that are present in your aura/energy field from childhood and even earlier than that…
One aspect I didn’t mention in the video is that as our soul travels, the aura travels with it. So we not only carry in our aura the “leftovers” of experiences, stresses and traumas that took place yesterday, last month or a few years ago, we carry “leftovers” from other lives and even emotions. Spiritual, energetic inheritance that we got through our DNA can be a stressful event that caused pain to your great great great grandma, that you may not even be aware of, that travelled down your DNA and somehow got stuck in your energy field. 3. Raising your vibrations while and/or immediately after you performed the aura/energy field cleanse. It’s like an energy shower that you give yourself. If you have any goals in life, whether it’s to feel physically great and be healthy and maintain your youthfulness, to really enjoy your relationship with friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, or living your passions in a fulfilling way both emotionally and financially – raising your vibration will only help you to move closer to those goals. Not only because when you feel good you're motivated but also because that’s the Law Of Attraction in action. In fact, you will probably like to know about 14 more ways to raise your vibrations besides aura cleanse.
4. Feeling uplifted and light many times after performing the aura/energy field cleanse.
The reason for feeling this way is because when you “washed” the energy field around you, you actually created energy interference that caused the "whatever was locked” in your aura/energy field to shift and move. So you are actually breaking stuck-energetic patterns that are holding you back. Even though you are not consciously aware of what specific pattern was released, wouldn’t it be great to feel better, uplifted, freer than a few moments ago; to be lighter, at peace and from there go about your day, or go to sleep? I’m sure you’d like that.
Now, if you don’t feel uplifted and light (which in some rare cases could happen), here is what you should know. You have probably interrupted something big and "heavy" that was occupying your aura space rent-free for a long long time and was really causing you to feel stuck, frustrated or overwhelmed.
So if that is the case, what you want to do, is to treat your reaction with love and compassion. Take it easy, get away from blaming, actually with the heaviness, tiredness or whatever shows up after you’ve done the aura/energy field cleanse. Be happy that you are letting go of something that doesn’t serve you anymore.
If you are in a very negative place in your life, start doing the aura/energy field cleanse gradually. 3-5 times a day is fine. Like everything else when you are engaging with energy it all depends of where you are in your journey, how much stuff you have already released, forgiven and made peace with. So listen to yourself and your body and act accordingly. As time progresses and as your awareness grows, you may start noticing that you are reacting less to life and becoming more the leader and creator of your life.
