When people are in workshop/seminar environment they will most likely do the exercise, even if they are not excited about the exercise. If they would be at home by themselves they might not do it. The left hand exercise was actually introduced to me in training that I took, so I found that it was easy to continue using it later on.

Tony Robins&#039; seminars are phenomenal. I believe that when someone is giving themselves the gift of participating in them, they have such a strong desire and commitment that any of the exercises will take them to the next level in their lives.

May all your manifestation manifest in a timely manner.

This was a very good read.  I&#039;ve been a really big fan of manifesting thoughts into reality ever since my first Tony Robbins seminar (i&#039;ve attended almost 5 of them now, lol).

There was a similar exercise that we practiced that was apart of the manifestation technique that I mentioned earlier.  Basically we were to write down a list of 5 things that we wanted to achieve.  Everything had to be very specific, and nothing too general, or &quot;way out&quot; (I.E I want to hit the lotto and be a millionaire!).  Everything had to be very well thought out, precise, and something that we were actually in control of.

After writing the 5 things down, we wrote down how it would effect our lives positively, and all of the necessary steps to achieve that goal.  Once done, we picked the most important goal that we wanted to achieve out of the 5, and we wrote the steps down so many times I cant even remember what the number was.  After that, we read the steps to ourselves for about 20 minutes straight.  I will admit this was one of the less &quot;exciting&quot; exercises, but it burned the process so deeply into my brain that I achieved my goal in under 3 weeks time.

However we didnt focus on doing things with the less dominant hand.</description>

I have been asked (on this post I believe) what is more effective - writing one time with the none dominant or 21 times with the dominant.
It is all up to you and what resonates with you, what makes sense to you and what feels right to you.
Even when a stock expert will recommend you to invest their money in a certain stock, they are recommending based on their knowledge, experience, paradigms. But so many times people take that advice as the absolute truth, take action and then lose.

With affirmation, the risk that one is taking is very low. I can tell you that I know people (myself included) that wrote, declared, yelled, visualized what they wanted and didn&#039;t get it, and some people (including myself) that did.
Our mind is so complex that whenever we discover one piece there is another hidden piece underneath.

No one ever done a study (at least that I know of) about measuring the results of affirmations (studies are done in most cases where there is a way to profit from it) yet, there are so many books and articles that speaks about affirmations and their power.

To conclude, I wouldn&#039;t look for the perfect way to do affirmations. I&#039;d try what is offered to me. as long as it resonates with my beliefs and makes me feel good. I experiment with it if I have nothing to risk (if I do, it&#039;s a bit more challenging) and I live by this mantra - take the best and leave the rest.

May you manifest your heart&#039;s desires in the way that is most suitable for you.

Science is still grappling with why and how certain people have left handedness, which is different from 90% of the human population. 

It seems the brain&#039;s spatial orientation is more of a structural issue than a &#039;mind&#039; issue. 

Meaning, can we be so sure that the subconscious mind can be tapped directly with the non-dominant hand? 

Apart from handwriting itself, vocalizing and visualizing affirmations are also highly effective, and train the mind too.

The writing is with your non dominant hand, so if in your case it&#039;s left then you are good to go :-).

You do not need to read those specific affirmations that you are writing with your non dominant hand. The purpose in writing them that way is to bypass the critical area in your mind (that tries to control the information that is coming in) and let the affirmation penetrate straight into the subconscious mind. But, I will have to experiment with that.  I definitely read my affirmations each day, twice.  I really feel like I missed something if it happens (on rare occasions) that I miss doing it.
