As we dive deeper into our 16-part series away from pain and into freedom, and look at the different aspects of our well-being, reducing toxins and detoxifying are both essential keys in your healing.
I thought it would be fun to have a video blog where I can share with you about the STUFF that can clog us and bring us pain and discomfort.
So here we go:
Is Your Liver Working Hard?
Your Liver Is The Number One Detoxifying Organ. Every Chemical That You Inhale, Consume Or Put On Your Skin Must Get Filtered By Your Liver.
We can (only) do our best to eliminate the toxins that we are exposed to by first being aware of what these toxins are and second, by taking steps to remove those toxins out of our body.
The more awareness you have, the more you are able to make conscious choices and guide your life away from pain and into freedom.
You may notice that once you make a few changes, and you can start wherever you wish to start, you may begin feeling better and have more energy and less pain. Remember that the world of toxins is a piece in our health and well-being puzzle, yet a VERY very important one.
Here is a list that will help you grow your awareness about toxins:
Non-Organic food, GMO’S (genetically modified organizes)
Water – Chlorinated, in plastic bottles, unfiltered water (not good for us)
Body Care and Skin related:
Skin care products
(including shampoos, hair sprays, hair dye, etc.)
Harsh cleaning products (inhaling and contact with skin)
Radiation and Electro Magnetic Fields:
Radiation (airport scanners, x-rays)
Electrical devices – microwave, TV, blow dryer, etc.
Electronic devices – computers, tablets, cell phone, etc.
Sunlight – when over exposed
Other pollution (airplanes ships)
Markers, glues, paints, etc.

With any kind of stress, there is a chemical reaction in the body which causes the body to fill with toxicity which is produced internally.
Chemicals Are Any Natural Or
That Cause Harm To The Body.
As I said before, just start where you can make a 10% improvement. Is it getting more organic food at the local farmer’s market?
Is it getting rid of all the toxic cleaning products in your home and replacing them with ones that are safe?
Choose one or two items from the list and start taking steps in the right direction.

Here are some great goals:
Strive to breathe more clean and fresh air as much as possible.
Consume organic food more than not.
Drink pure or filtered water.
Use clean, organic cosmetic products, free of chemicals.
Use cleaning products that are free of chemicals.
