Visualization For Personal Freedom

In 2010 I had the opportunity to perform a guided visualization in the spirit of The 4th of July in one of the local Unitarian Universalist churches.

Freedom is our birthright so feel free to use this throughout the year as well, when you wish to experience more freedom in your relationships, health, wealth and in any aspect of your life. downloadable .

For best results:
1. Make sure you are in a quiet environment and ask not to be  interrupted (also, turn off your phones).
2. Listen to this recording 4-5 times in the next 2-3 weeks. Repetition is the key when wanting to embrace any kind of message or habit. And if you do want to experience more personal freedom then repeated listening will most likely make the difference.

    I am allowing my self to attrack easily and quickly the correct answer to each question  and essay I take, which results i me passing the bar exam in July 2013.

    Each and every day I improve my memory and retain all the information I need to pass the bar exam in July 2013.

  3. Hi Jimmy, let me know how you enjoyed the visualization and what have opened up for you as a result.

    There is a difference between meditation and visualization.
    When you meditate, you watch/observe your thoughts. You do not identify with them or give them meanings. You do not purposely infuse any specific thoughts. The goal with meditation is to detach from your thoughts, so you are not your thoughts and your thoughts are not you.

    When you visualize, you intentionally introduce pictures, sounds, images, feelings, words etc. to your mind, so your mind can construct new neuro-pathways and help you see yourself as you desire.

    Meditation and visualization have two different purposes.
    Both of them are pretty incredible and can help with different issues.
    I find that meditation is more challenging to some people, it can be more active than visualization.

    Thank you for the gift. I will do the visualization once I have get it downloaded on my ipod.

    Just one question: Is meditation same as visualization? I find it hard to distinguish.

  5. Sigal, glad you made your dream come through! Hawaii is such a great place! My husband and I just got back from 2 weeks visiting Yellowstone National Park, Arches National Park, Craters of the Moon and lots more. We had an awesome time as well! … We do a 2 week vacation each year and have gone to places each of us has wanted to visit. Something to look forward to! Thanks for sharing your story and pictures. So happy for you both!

    I loved my magic carpet ride! Now I have a new, soft place on my new chair that I recognize as my magic carpet. You are very talented and I thank you for sharing your guided visualization where I can create personal freedom–freedom in my home, my environment, and the world.
