“Everything is energy and energy is everything.” I didn’t invent this phrase and my research shows that Albert Einstein was not even the first one to come up with this conclusion.
I’m not going to get into the science or philosophy behind this notion; I’ll assume that you and I are on the same page about this idea.
It was only in 2011 that I woke up fully realized through my own personal pain, how energy had played out in my life. How through this pain I was presently going through made this statement so true, that everything is energy and energy is everything.

– Solutions Will Show Up.
When I was seeking to heal my severe allergic reaction (click here for the full story), I was working towards resolving it on the physical level and also a little on the energy level, but the treatment I followed did not yield any results.
As I tried one thing after another without success, my desire to heal drew the solution to me. My solution was the world of Forensic Healing. With Forensic Healing, I was able to conduct a subconscious investigation to find out where the energy source of my allergy was coming from.
I discovered that I am carrying within my DNA, on an energy level, residual energy. Some of it came through my ancestral lineage and some traveled within my soul as it journeyed from one life to another. I give much thanks to Marisa Russo, the founder of Forensic Healing, who came into my life in the moment I was ready to let go of that which no longer served me.
Sometimes, When Nothing Else Works It May Be A Sign That You Were Meant To Step Into A Different Realm Or Dimension To Find Your Answers.
Had I not allowed myself to embrace with open arms, mind and spirit and immerse myself in this energy healing modality, I do not know where I’d have been today nor how long my healing process would have taken me.
You see, when you have a pain, ache or discomfort and you have already tried many paths to not only find the answers, but also to have resolution and freedom from that affliction, you still feel a bit lost or like you are shooting in the dark, because obviously there is something that you are not seeing or getting.
So instead of trying to figure out what is hiding in your blind spots and spinning around your tail for another week, month, year or decade, I invite you to incorporate energy healing and energy rituals into your daily life.
There are things that you can do by yourself that can work well, if you are a self-motivator. I’ll share some with you in a moment. Sometimes just pain can be your motivator. You SO want to get rid of the pain that you will do whatever it takes. If you are not self-motivated, then get support, either in a group or get one-on-one help. In 2006, I had a sharp pain in and around my tail bone. It was exactly when I was between health insurances and wasn’t sure which doctor to go and see. So I prescribed to myself a technique called EFT and I repeated that technique three times a day for ten days. I imagined that the EFT would be my “antibiotics.”

And It Never Came Back!!
I obviously cannot promise that’s what will happen to you and I always encourage anyone to visit their (hopefully) wonderful family physician to make sure they examine what is going on for you. Remember, there is time for conventional medicine and we want to use technology to be aware of what may be going on internally, but with that, we want to also be our own expert and lead our wellness path using healthy and holistic ways.
Here is a great and simple healing ritual that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine. It is called the Emotional Freedom Technique (=EFT).
In short, EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over five thousand years, but without the invasiveness of needles.
Instead, simple tapping is used to input kinetic energy into specific meridians on the head, chest and hands while thinking about a specific problem – whether it is a traumatic event, an addiction, pain, etc. — and saying positive affirmations.
You may use EFT to:
Remove negative emotions.
Reduce or eliminate pain.
Implement positive goals.
Reduce food cravings.
